In early 2018, Hometown Australia acquired the Green Wattle Villages in Burpengary East (QLD). The total acquisition price was $45.25 million, comprising 427 occupied sites and three vacant sites. Prior to this announcement, Hometown acquired (in December 2017) two non-core Ingenia MHE assets in core-coastal locations. The total acquisition price was $12.525 million, comprising 133 occupied sites and 15 vacant sites.
