Luke Chadwick is the founding Director of the firm and has been a registered valuer since 2005. Luke has a broad range of knowledge within most property sectors, including residential development and various specialised asset classes.

Notwithstanding his broad skill base, Luke has extensive valuation experience within the Land Lease Community (’LLC’ – also known as Manufactured Home Estates) and Caravan/Holiday Park sectors, becoming the preferred valuation consultant for various leading market participants and financial institutions.

Luke’s strengths are in understanding the client’s requirements and providing high quality relevant advice in an efficient manner, which has resulted in a considerable degree of repeat clientele and referrals. Luke has an excellent understanding of valuation principles and prides himself on his attention to detail.
