Founded in 2017 by Director Luke Chadwick, Chadwick Property Valuers specialise in extensive valuation and consultancy services, within various markets and sectors. Our services include, but are not limited to Land Lease Communities (‘LLC’ – also known as Manufactured Home Estates), Holiday Park and Accommodation Assets, Child Care Centres and Service Stations, along with extensive experience in large scale Compulsory Acquisition projects.
At Chadwick Property Valuers our services extend to First Mortgage Purposes, Financial Reporting, Asset Realisation, Project Feasibility, Rental Assessment/Determination, Expert Witness, Compensation Assessment, Child Care Primary Catchment Analysis (Needs Analysis), whether being freehold going concern, leasehold going concern or development sites.
With major clients throughout Australia, our services extend across the entire Sydney Metropolitan and Regional NSW regions. In addition, we are licensed to provide valuation services in various states including, Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia.
Our aim is to be a market leading property valuation and consultancy firm by continually evolving, not only within the industry sectors and markets we operate, though to ensure our service is specialised and aligned with our client’s needs.

Luke is the managing director of the company and also leads our LLC and Holiday Park divisions.

Tim has worked alongside Luke since 2010 and leads our Child Care and Service Station divisions.
Trent Hession

Trent has a broad range of valuation experience and leads our Compulsory Acquisition division.
James Brown
senior valuer
James leads our Licensed Hotel (Pub) and Animal Boarding divisions, whilst also specialising within the LLC, Accommodation and Tourism sectors.
Tom Calvert
valuer
Tom is an AAPI CPV accredited valuer within the firm and is a key member of the Land Lease and Holiday Park divisions.
