Land Lease Community (LLC) developer/operator GemLife has announced the acquisitions of two key sites in northern NSW and south-east Queensland.

The northern NSW site is in the coastal town of Tweed Heads and is approved for a 110‑site LLC, whilst the south-east Queensland site is positioned within the northern Gold Coast locality of Pimpama, within close proximity to the new Westfield Coomera town centre.

Initial plans for the Pimpama site reflect a yield range of 400 – 450 homes on elevated land comprising the final stages of ‘The Heights’ master-planned community (by Sunland).
