First Acquisitions for Ingenia/Sun Communities Partnership

Ingenia Communities Group have announced the acquisition of its first projects as part of their joint venture with Sun Communities. These acquisitions come ahead of plan, with agreement to purchase two greenfield sites at Burpengary (south-east QLD) and Fullerton Cove (NSW Mid North Coast).

Both sites have DA approval, with lead-in infrastructure, initial civil works and road network in place at Burpengary and first home settlements expected in FY20.

This announcement cements the partnership between Ingenia and Sun Communities, with the potential to deliver approximately 350 new homes.
